Parcel Restrictions
Australia Post has strict restrictions on the size and weight of parcels. It is up to you to ensure you are compliant with their requirements:
- Maximum weight: 22kg
- Maximum length: 105cm
- Maximum dimensions: 0.25 cubic metres

Transit Cover
As the item(s) remain your property and your risk during the return transit we recommend you purchase Australia Post Transit Cover. Please select your required transit cover in the product options.
Please note that this cover is a service offered by Australia Post and must comply with their guidelines and terms.
Express Option
The quickest method to return your items is via an Australia Post eParcel Express Return. If you require this option check the checkbox labelled “eParcel Express Return +$40.00.”
